Quietest hotel that I have ever stayed at, and I have travelled to many cities and countries. I am a light sleeper, so the alley side of the building was peaceful. Very modern and contemporary updates. My favourite discovery was that there were 8 usb plug inputs in the room, so you can charge all of your devices simultaneously :) It was a little out of the way from where I usually wanted to be, but I like walking and never used transit. Best time of the year to visit Montreal is in the fall with all the leaves changing colours. Lots of restaurant options nearby and it was close to the subway. The price was decent with the included breakfast buffet.

Anass is very kind and exemplary when it comes to customer service. He made our stay very enjoyable. The hotel provided a cozy environment with a great breakfast as a bonus

The hotel is located in a very good area where not only takes us about 15 minutes to walk to old Montreal, but also stay a little away from the noisy downtown. The room itself is very warm and designed, and the condition itself is very good. We enjoyed our stay, and loved the staff.

Location wasn’t good as we had to Uber to everywhere. Nothing seemed to be in an easy walking distance. The facility and the staff were great. Room was very clean and renovated.

Worst hotel ever, first it’s filthy my room was full of blond long hair in the shower,toilet and pillows ( I have short dark hair) , the AC it’s old and noise and my room was full of cigarette odor,curtains dirty and dusty,it’s noisy inside so forget about a good sleep,the whole hotel it’s outdated and dirty,at my arrival in the check in I had a medical emergency with my mom who had cancer and ask the lady in the lobby if it was possible to stay one night and have a refund for the other 6 nights I booked and she say YES because it was medical emergency so I check in with the promised of a refund and next day at check out and the rude guy at front desk ignored me and because my taxi was waiting I leave, I called later and they were rude and aggressive and told me I was still in the room I later realized they didn’t check out my room to keep my money I try many times to speak with a manager or supervisor with no success the lady at lobby keep inventing names to not be responsible of what she said I send emails with no answer until a rude and violent man told me stop calling ,7 days later I received a receipt for the whole stay saying I checked out at October 6 at 1.12pm it’s not true, I leave canada 6 days before and I can prove it ,this is a hotel with people and employees full of liars ,thieves and thugs ,it’s marriot by name but belongs to sunray group wich seems don’t care about clients. Stay away from this horrible placefull o homeless all around streets don’t waste your $
