First time booking at this hotel for special guests. Request cleaning every day and they always forget and only dump garbage and nothing else. Breakfast is very limited and not worth it. Rooms are good, lobby is beautiful, gym is small and very limited, pool is great but if you looking for service forget about it. This hotel has room for a full service bar and some form of dinning but it does not have that.Clients should not be begging to clean their rooms based on price they charged! Wont put guests there any more.

Required a 100$ credit card security deposit or 500$ if it was debit. I felt judged because i don’t have a credit card that i was going to make trouble. It was not fun. Pillows are cheap as i felt like sleeping straight on the mattress.
