I stayed at this hotel previously and it was perfect. That was why I booked again. This time I was assigned to a room facing a different direction on the second floor. The city's garbage truck came early every morning to dispose the garbage. I know that the hotel cannot control this, but I was talking about 4:30 - 5:00 AM. So, I did not get a good sleep all 3 nights I stayed. I had also asked not to be assigned into a connected room but was put into one which had a loud group. The cleaning was ok as I saw dust and dirt in a not so visible areas; kind of disappointed. Other than that, the hotel was in a very good location.

The place is truly nice and conveniently close to all tour places. However, there are a lot of construction going on around the place so it wasn't that clean in the surrounding. My only comment as well is the parking lot. You have to pay each night even if the parking lot is a hotel property. I would have thought it was included already on your stay.
