Hotel a fuir absolument personnel arrogant et pratiquant une anarque sur le fumage. Le personnelle appelle la chambre disent que ça sent la cigarette et qu'il vont charger la carte de credit. Nous avons jamais fumé dans la chambre. Il ya même des clients qui était non fumeur et qui on vécu la même arnarque. Les chambre pu la moisissure.

The rooms are better than the lobby - which looks horrible. No parking nearby , closest parking is about 4 blocks away so you need to drag bags. Clean. No personality whatsoever. I would stay again - because it was clean , safe and close to downtown.

Run down property. Everything was broken or not functioning. TV, hair dryer, telephone, tower hunger broken drawers, ect all broken. About service: check in is at 4pm. arrived at 2 pm and didn't allowed me to check in unless y pay $20. If I want to store my luggage would ask for $4 per luggage (that's for 2 hours). No washrooms at the lobby, I have to go to a restaurant near by. No breakfast, just coffee in the morning. Location is ok, two blocks to a small China Town. Transportation to and from the airport by bus #747 at the door. I give a 2 star for the location and transportation, but as hotel property I would give a 1 star.
