Lovely new hotel, well priced with a nice collection of bars and restaurants about 25 mins walk away. Good transport links to City, 10 min walk to Metro and 10 mins on Metro. Would definitely stay again if in area

This is a nice hotel with good facilities. It has an excellent location, a good breakfast, and the room was clean, quiet and comfortable. How did it get two stars? I was charged a $250 cleaning fee because someone smoked in the room. The only problem was that nobody smoked in the room. My wife went down from the fourth floor, smoked outside, and returned to the room several times. This apparently triggered the charge, I find this totally unfair. Beware if you book here.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotels and would come back. Plus points: 1)Very friendly staff who are always happy to answer any questions and help with a smile. 2) The hotels distance is walkable to the subway station and luckily the station is filled withe little stores, cafes and food, big pharmacy stores . 3)I have walked to and from hotel during the day and night ( single 30 y/o female) and found the area pretty safe, comfortable , quite and clean. 4) The hotel room was very spacious, very clean equiped with an apple computer and study desk, TV, large sofa and a table and coffee maker. Everytime i left the hotel my room was cleaned organised with fresh towels. 5) the bathroom is spacious and modern with dim and bright lighting. 6) Breakfast was included in my booking and it consists of: all kinds of tea/coffe- fresh pastries, boiled eggs, cereal, oats, some fruits etc. The hotels doesnt have a restaurant in it so the breakfast isnt lavish but veey decent, fresh and enjoyable. Dishes were thoroghly cleaned and odour free. 7) You can use the washer dryer anytime - you need to purchase the pod. Negative: 1) there wasn't heat available as it was September however the room was very cold and i had to use double blanket and socks. 2) During even slightly colder months I strongly suggest you consider this hotel only if you have a car as it will be difficult to commute to the station and walking may not be an option.

Highly recommend this property. The staff was friendly & helpful, breakfast was good, and we were able to walk to the Longueuil metro station so that we didn’t have to take our car into Montreal.

Coffee cups are far too small. They should at keast have 8oz mugs. Beds were so comfortable and bedding was the right weight for great sleep. Staff was friendly and helpful. I was there to race. I picked this hotel for proximity to the race venue. I had no idea that it would be so easy to get to, and would be an ideal location for the other activities like sight seeing and meals the day before the race. Now i would go back just for a weekend vacation.
