The shower in the room was awful. I called to have it addressed but no change. It was so powerful and sprayed everywhere it actually hurt to stand front facing it. You had to quickly shower to avoid pain

Check-in was quick and easy. Unfortunately the hotel was providing a hot chocolate bar for guests and because some kids were playing around with whipped cream the hotel removed it . My daughter was very disappointed as they never put it out again. The room was very warm and uncomfortable for sleeping. The thermostat was not working well.

The room was outdated looking and dirty. Stains on carpet and furniture and bathroom wasn’t well cleaned. Also had a weird smell. Was glad it was only for one night or we would have left anyway. Staff was incredibly friendly and quick, but the facilities need work.

Large, well appointed rooms. The bed and pillows were super comfortable and the view was a nice bonus. I was on a high floor so it was very quiet. The gym has everything you could need, the pool was closed for the winter but it looked like a nice spot to hangout during the summer months.
