Cute and convenient!
This hotel is more on the "no-frills" side of things, but we had a great stay nonetheless. The room was clean and spacious, and the front desk staff was friendly and helpful. There is a metro stop about a block away, making traveling through the city convenient. Plenty of dining options in walking distance, also. The only tiny complaints would be that there is only an air-conditioning unit in the window, and that when we went to fill up our water bottles, the filter needed maintenance. Parking was also a bit of a hassle, but it's not associated with the hotel and therefore not their fault.

The hotel location was great - walkable from the train station ( although a bit of a challenge with respect to dragging my suitcase) The location was great for dining options and it was walkable to the old port area

The room was run down, and the air conditioner was completely covered with black mould. I called and asked the staff for parking instructions, but she just told me to go to the front of the hotel. Turns out I was already in front of the designated parking lot when I made the call, but her instructions made me take an extra time to navigate around to the hotel, only to drive back to my original spot. So unnecessary

The elevator was broken so we had to walk up quite a lot of stairs. Parking is confusing but close to the hotel and secure. The room was small.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The room was excellent, no complaints. Nice that the hotel is located near the Metro station. Was in perfect location for me as there were a few shops I wanted to get to in St. Denis area.
