The team was not prepared. We waited an extended period of time to receive our room despite arriving early for our reservation. We paid the pet fee and there were no pet accessories left in the room as promoted. The concierge that did check us in, forgot about us, so we had to check in a couple of times to inquire if the room was ready. Even though we were waiting they could have offered us a beverage while we wait or dog treat. Overall, once we got in the room, we were pleased, but the customer service does neeed improvement.

The Humaniti Hotel was the final stay on our Canada trip in the summer and we were very pleased with our two nights. It is a lovely building with friendly staff and easy parking underneath. The highlight was the lovely pool and bar area. The food was delicious. It is also a brilliant location with many of Montreal's sights easily walkable. Highly recommended!

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcomed and at home. The check-in process was quick and efficient, and the front desk team was incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was spotless, spacious, and elegantly decorated, providing all the amenities I could ask for. The bed was super comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. I was particularly impressed with the housekeeping team, as they maintained a high standard of cleanliness throughout my stay. The location of the hotel was perfect—conveniently close to major attractions, restaurants, and public transportation. The hotel restaurant also deserves special mention; the food was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. Overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. Really impressed by the hotel in general - it felt luxurious in the design, the quality of the rooms, and really appreciate the welcome we were provided. Staff were consistently great and the room's bed and offerings were much appreciated. One small suggestion would be slightly harder water pressure in the shower, but would definitely recommend and stay here again!
