Nice, fresh rooms but lighting is a bit dark. Could use another lamp. Cartier Arms restaurant (for breakfast or dinner) is nice- we had a lovely waitress one evening willing to translate some of the menu more into English. Parking garage was a bit odd to get to and the spaces are super tight! but convenient. No ATM that we could find on the property. Lots of TV channel selections.

This is a wonderful hotel with an incredible view, rooftop bar and pool, and attentive staff. It's quick and easy to walk to the old town area. The rooms were very comfortable and spacious. The only issue we had during our stay was navigating where the hotel was as parking is on a lower level and not well marked.

Overall very happy with our stay :) exactly what I’d expect from a Hyatt hotel. Beautiful, modern and clean room, outstanding staff, perfect area to head out on foot into old port Montreal. Minor criticism would be that the air in the room was very stale; at least the room we stayed in felt like it had zero air circulation and my fellow people with husbands that spend 20 mins in the bathroom know the value of moving air. Otherwise the front doors were a bit hard to find, as some reviews suggest, but easy to remedy.
