It's ok
It's just a regular old hotel which doesn't really keep up with innovation. Good location though. Had a room that had a barn door for the bathroom and you could hear everything that was happening there. No USB cable charger.

Stayed here while in Montreal for a hockey game. Very walkable to the Bell Center and St Catherine street for shopping! Room was spacious and very clean. Bathroom was clean and updated. Staff at the front desk were very friendly and helpful with recommendations for places to visit!

The rooms are all beautiful, obviously completely redone in the last year or two. Don't get worried by the lobby, it is a little old, but rooms are gorgeous.

I've stayed many times but this time I was disappointed. I could have used an upgrade but none was offered. I called down twice for added toilet paper and it was never delivered. One of my family suffered digestive issues. I'll reconsider where I stay during my next visit in a few months.
