C'est le quartier des spectacles, donc il faut s'attendre à pas mal de bruit certains soirs. L'hôtel est très bien situé, au cœur de tout, et le personnel est très serviable et sympathique.

It was ok
Le prix etait bien cependant la chambre netait pas representative des photos, nous n'avions pas de télécommande pour la tv, pas de bouchon pour le bain, la fenetre ne fermait pas completement .
I booked this hotel for 6 days but has to check out the following day due to the following reasons.
Room allocated has noisy entertainment up to 2:00 am. Room condition poor ie. loose power point, duct tape in window, very small shower. Web site photos do not show the actual room condition. There is no proper key card for room and combination is written in a piece of paper (not professionally done). I am hoping the owner would refund my unused 5 days due to above reason.
Great location for access to downtown Montreal. Noise from the homeless outside on the street required earplugs for us to sleep. The condition of the room was one towel for two people, no washcloths or bathmat. Manager blamed condition of room on half hour early check in that they had agreed to. Thermostat in room did not work, and night one didn't go above 17 degrees. The second night there was no heat at all, and they gave us a space heater.
They did not know know how to help with volume on TV. until eventually one employee knew what to do.
The one bonus is that there were no bedbugs.
Let me start off by saying I came to this hotel threw Expedia with my wife and new born and I can honestly say this is the worst hotel in the many years I came to Quebec.
If I can be really honest the staff are nice but unfortunately I booked for a week and they post rooms online and the picture of the room looks big and they do this to lock you in on checking date because they won't refund you it so I got tricked then upgraded to a bigger room payed extra 346$ and was told to get cash so I don't pay tax and I didn't because I want paper work just in case I need to show expedia. My new born got sick we never realized there was blood in the heater with the window broken and would not shut and looked like it was duck taped and we had to sit in the ER with my son having a lung infection.
Let me start by telling my terrible experience. The property is not as shown in the pictures. Good things:
Near downtown places
Terrible things:
Staff is unhelpful
Rooms are really small
No dining facilities
Lobby is too small
No parking (you will have to pay in a public parking)
We went there saw the room is not the same size.
The front desk person checked us in even though we were not willing to stay and left the place after seeing the place.
The front desk person never tried to help us by reporting to his manager.
We tried to cancel the booking through Expedia and the hotel manager never talked to Expedia or to us for the refund as we didn’t stay there for more than 10 minutes.
They checked us out of the hotel themselves as we were never there for a single day.
Don’t be fooled by their pictures and amenities.

Ok
My room 610 was ok. Pretty much a place to sleep. Not worth the US $90.
There is a scope of improvements in many areas with same price. The good thing is
there is a good breakfast restaurant right across the street and the location is great with tourist attractions nearby.
The owner of the hotel understands the client from the humanity standpoint and not so much on how much profit he is making, Since I am having difficulty carrying luggages upstairs, he offered me a bigger and better room without incurring any additional charges to me.
