Sealed windows and loud neighbors
Rooms have no fresh air, windows are sealed and cannot be open and there’s no AC, so the only way to get fresh air is if you go outside. Also the walls are thin so you can hear neighbors talking or their TV or their music. I do not recommend this hotel unless you don’t mind all these negatives.

The rooms are not as they seem on the site. The tub was flooding, phone wasn’t working, wallpaper was peeling off. I will never visit this place again

Paid twice for one night, refund refused
Despite a cancellation done on time due a mistake of double booking, Lelux hotel took the money and refused to refund the one night... i ended up paying twice for the same night! I advised i'd give a bad review and i want my money back. Very dishonest.
