Very nice property, can tell it’s older, but it’s taken care of. Only complaint is that it does not have a laundry room to wash clothes during or at the end of your stay. Staff was super friendly and the metro/bus station is right next door.

Hotel was nice. Only two elevators for very large hotel and they didn't seem to stop at floors going down. We, and others, waited 20 or more minutes for an elevator going down. Parking was also an issue. Gate to enter and leave. Machine to swipe card wasn't working and got stuck trying to leave. Breakfast included was nice. Bonus that front desk staff spoke English!

First and last. Not cleaned properly.
Got in and previous guest forgot a bag of food in fridge. Some parts of the room was dirty with crumbs. Felt cleaning was done quickly without anyone verifying if room was ready. I can just feel that it just wasnt clean. It’s one of those things you know when have travelled many times. Was tired driving land from New Brunswick and hotel was very busy with plenty of guests. Our first to stay at Sandman. I told myself no more next time.

Para nosotros fue oerfecto ya que la ciudad es caotica y el hotel esta en un sitio super tranquilo. Limpio , remodelado, comodo, lo unico la cortina de baño que las orillas estaban amarillas, pero aparte de eso, todo perfecto.
