Condo with high ceilings. The place is a mixture of minimalist design and cozy environment! Located on the ground floor, you'll find two bedrooms with queen size beds. It has a complete bathroom with a shower, the living room is next to the bedroom with a large screen TV!

All rooms include all amenities to make you feel like home. Such as an oven with pots and pans in the kitchen. Also base equipment in the bathroom (soap, shampoo and bath towels). You'll have spare bed pillows and linen to make sure you feel comfortable!

Cozy stay, great location

Surfing Themed Garden Level Apartment
Our host was helpful and responsive. The kitchen is well supplied with cooking implements. The decor is fun but really out there. The apartment is close to the Botanical Garden but aways from Old Town. It is pretty close to the metro.

Good for an Overnight Stay
We were just passing through for a short stay and this fit our budget. The place was excellent and allowed us to prepare our dinner, shower, and rest. We had to park a couple blocks away, but our overnight bag was easy to carry. It was interesting to learn about Little Maghreb.

Really Great Stay
We really enjoyed our stay in Montréal at Philippe’s place. Check in was really easy and all of the information given was clear and easy to follow. Communication was great and I couldn’t recommend this property more. It’s a short walk to the metro station, but we actually ended up walking quite a bit too. Close enough to areas such as Mile End or Mont Royal, but still quiet and suburban.

Bon séjour
Très bel appartement bien rénové. La décoration est au goût du jour. Les commodités sont là. L’îlot central est très agréable et pratique. L’aire ouverte avec le salon est plaisant. Beaucoup mieux qu’une chambre d’hôtel. Lits un peu fermes sans doute car ils sont neufs. Prévoyez des bouchons si vous avez le sommeil fragile, une chambre adonne sur Jean Talon alors un peu bruyant. Très bon séjour lors de notre fds de compétition de danse.
