This was a perfect place to stay for a visit to Montreal. The place is comfortable and spacious. Location is safe and right in the heart of the plateau neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again!

pas mal mais très bruyant.
l'appartement était propre, mais le lit en mezzanine vraiment inconfortable. Nous n'avons pas réussi à baissere chauffage ce qui fait qu'il faisait très chaud. les équipements dans l'appartement sont très cheap et de mauvaise qualité, c'est dommage car le reste était tout a fait convenable, meublé simplement mais efficacement. les parties communes sont assez négligées et c'est très bruyant.

Overall the property was great, very clean. Team at LIV MTL was incredibly responsive and helpful. They went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was as comfortable as possible. They offered for us to check in early and provided a complimentary bottle of wine, which was incredibly thoughtful. The only thing to note is that the properly is located near a night club so it does tend to be a bit crowded in the evenings. It did not interfere with our stay.

Easy check in and arrival. Easy to find. Great location near lots of cafes, bars, as well as quiet neighborhoods to enjoy walking through. Clean property, a fully furnished apartment. Very comfortable stay for our weekend visit. We would stay here again easily.
