Great location to subway and train station, close to Chinatown and the old port. A great spot for a home base to explore the city. Not a huge room but good for those who adventure all day and just need a place to sleep. Staff was very friendly

God knows who designed these rooms, but the so called Accessible bathroom was very small, to get into it I had to go past it and then open the door, the shower was tiny and certainly not big enough for me and my walker, the bar on the left should be higher! Maybe take lessons from the Cinemas, strange place for the TV, I was always looking up, Not great, wish I paid a bit more and got what I Needed, instead of being boxed in, who are you aiming this at? Certainly not the

Didn’t get checked in till about 6pm. Apparently system was down. 👎👎 Ice machine was down also. 👎👎 Not enough plugs for charging. 👎👎 Only 3 lights in the entire room - 1 for each side of 1 bed, one in washroom. 👎👎 So practically 2 lights only. 👎👎 Can’t do anything at the desk. 👎👎
