Dear Daniel, Greetings from Montreux. Unfortunately, as this particular property is family accommodation only, we cannot accommodate groups of friends, who are coming to have a party and with the intention of making loud noise. Based on our policy, and mentioned on our listing, parties are not allowed. As this villa is in a residential area, and also as this villa has 2 apartments, one on the upper floor, and the garden apartment which you reserved, we must respect the immediate and nearby neighbours. We do have other properties in Montreux and also Interlaken, luxury holiday apartments, which can accommodate groups of friends, on acceptance of the policies and local regulations for noise and respect of both the neighbours in the residence, and the local commune quiet times.
