Cosy holiday home near Beauval Zoo

A comfortable detached holiday home on a private estate. Wonderfully quiet location at the end of a dead-end country road, just outside Montrichard. "Domaine Les Drageonnières" (4.5 ha) consists of two comfortable holiday homes (La Bergerie and La Ferme) and a beautifully situated, shared swimming pool (12 x 5 m, deep 1.00 - 2.40 m with salt water). This little paradise is very suitable for e.g. two families going on holiday together. But of course also very suitable for renting one of the two houses individually. The enormous garden offers plenty of privacy.

You will stay in "La Bergerie" (left on the aerial photo). The interior is neatly arranged and equipped with modern comfort. The 3 bedrooms each have two single beds (2.10 m long). The garden furniture is ready at your house and you can enjoy the beautiful view over the meadow, the vineyard, forests and the Cher Valley. At the back is a small, provisionally fenced pond.

Should you be able to detach yourself from this beautiful spot, you will see that the surrounding area is definitely worth a visit. Montrichard (2 km) has a cosy medieval town centre with one of the oldest castles in France. The castles of Chenonceau (12 km) and Amboise (20 km) are impressive. In Bourré (4 km), you can visit old wine cellars. In Saint-Aignan-sur-Cher (20 km) there is a zoo. Tours (48 km) and Blois (34 km) are also worth a visit.
