Don't go to this hotel - Its a scam
First off there was no stay! The hotel did not have our reservation, as confirmed by Hotels.com, and reserved on 2/1/2024. So, we did not have a place to stay even after the reservation was booked and confirmed by the hotel. We tried on numerous occasions to have the hotel do the right thing and they refused. Now they are also keeping my money $189 for 2 nights. Lesson learned, don't frequent this hotel. We decided to stay in Isla de Sol instead after a last-minute hotel scramble. It was wonderful. So, poor manager, poor management, and outright dishonest and certainly a hotel I would steer clear of. I also can't believe that this is the only time this has happened at this hotel. From a businessman to Luna Del Titikaka Lodge; THIS IS NOT HOW YOU TREAT GUESTS!! Disappointed with the whole Luna Del Titikaka Lodge experience. Douglas Mayger
