The hotel is in need of an update. Our room had very stained carpet, the furniture was dated and the bathroom had a chipped vanity, no fan and it was also very dated. Next time I visit Moose Jaw I will stay somewhere else and pay for a day pass to the spa. It was disappointing.

It is a nice hotel but it is old and in need of some fresh TLC. We paid extra for a King Suite, but it was not as premium as the price. All just little things but when you pay extra, you expect extra.

Our room was large & spacious & the king sized bed was comfortable. The rooms could use an upgrade including new sink in the bathroom & new carpets in the main room. Our shower was good but our family next door wasn’t great at all. We enjoyed our dinner @ Haywood’s restaurant & our server Darlene was fantastic but over worked. She was the only server in the dining room. She handled it well & remained calm & pleasant despite being run off her feet!

Couples night away
We spent our one year anniversary there for one night. We enjoyed a couples massage, the mineral pool and local neighborhood for walking and shopping. Dinner in the hotel was very good.
