A very warm welcome to our grade 2 listed beautiful cottage, a much loved property in the picturesque Village of Heysham consisting of 2 bedrooms, plenty of space for socialising plus flexible accommodation. This cottage makes the perfect holiday home for a group or special family gathering.

Everything about this property has been well thought through to create a relaxed and luxurious feeling. Relax in front of the real wood burner in the living room and listen to the crackle as it warms you up .

As a self-catering cottage, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.

The kitchen has a fridge freezer a hob, an oven, a kettle, a toaster, a microwave and a washer/dryer.

The cottage is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.

This cottage has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 3.

In the first bedroom, you will find a king size four poster bed.

The second bedroom contains a single bed

There is one bathroom with a bath and overhead shower.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is strict 3pm and check-out is 10am. Early and late check out are available on a request basis only.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- Pets are allowed at the property. (Maximum of 2 dogs) We do ask that they are not allowed on the beds. A dog bed is provided which requires blankets to be placed inside by yourselves.
