Our stay at Nana Vida was amazing. The location is close to everything. The hotel is beautiful and quaint. Our room was huge and clean. The staff is amazing, they went above and beyond for us. They gave my sister a bouquet of flowers to celebrate her completing her master's degree. They assisted us with any questions we had. I have never stayed somewhwere that the staff is so friendly and genuine. I highly recommend staying here. I hope to.return and stay again

Everything was perfect from the property itself, location, air conditioning, to the staff. Everyone was very accommodating and they presented us with very thoughtful welcome and farewell gifts which was such a nice touch. I traveled with my partner and my family who had never stayed at a hotel and they were impressed by the accommodations. One small annoyance was that in our room the toilet seat was too small for its vessel which made it uncomfortable to do our business, but everything else was so nice that I won’t even reduce a star for that. Would recommend to the highest degree!

This property is beautiful. The cherry topper is the service!! The staff is warm and welcoming. You can tell they enjoy their job and care about the patrons. I will definitely be returning to this hotel on my next trip.

A great hotel. Staff welcoming; room clean, fast Wi-Fi, walkable to all sites in the city centre. The staff even provided coffee, fruit and sweet breads in the morning. I highly recommend this hotel.
