Would happily stay again.
Very pleased with our stay. The John greeted us with a smile and was very efficient getting us checked in. The room was clean and everything in good working order. The only complaint we have is there was a lot of light from cracks between the curtain and the wall. No night lights needed in the room. Breakfast was excellent.

Finally a good hotel in Morristown Tn.
This hotel is very clean, the bed very comfortable, the bathroom is large with plenty of towels, a hair dryer and plenty of TP and kleenex. A nice hot breakfast and good coffee at 6am. And the staff was great at check-in and at check-out. I have paid more for a night at a much less Hotel. This ones a winner, i will be staying here evrytime i come to the area to visit family.

To say I was impressed is an understatement. We had a great stay at this property. Easy check in and out, free water and cookies upon check in, free hot delicious breakfast and coffee and extremely clean. The staff throughout the property were friendly, kind and engaging. Will definitely stay again when we are in the area.

Everything was pretty good until the next morning when I got up and there was a cockroach in the bathroom. It was a small(baby size) roach, but the parents had to be close by.

Room 204 was not properly clean. The whole perimeter of the bathroom had BLACK MOLD coming out of the walls/ceiling. The sheets weren’t clean and the floors seemed to not have been cleaned anytime recently. They didn’t even offer a refund when shown the images of the black mold growing from the walls (which is extremely toxic btw) on top of that neighbors were very loud continuously slamming doors until 11pm.

Hotel is aged but very clean, well maintained. The staff is very nice. They accommodated everything we needed. They even let us take highchairs to our family event! The outdoor pool and hot tub were still open even though it was too cold to swim.

First thing my 2 year old finds a rubber in the first room the second room they switched us to instead of issuing a refund had mold and no ac none of the doors from the outside of the property actually lock so anyone can walk intk the facility and it smells like rotting bodies and Marijane this is the nastiest and just all around worst hotel ive ever experienced and the fact they were unable to compensate me and my family at all is unacceptable

The refurbishment from whatever it used to be was generally done well, but the devil is in the details. The position of the room relative to the office and breakfast was very inconvenient, requiring a drive or long walk with steps. The wifi had to be rebooted, but I couldn't call the office on the room phone. Its wire was old and chipped or broken in several places. The lift rod in the sink was not properly connected to the pivot rod, and the pivot rod was not connected to the stopper. So, the stopper had to be removed manually. The shower head was not on securely and sprayed water. When tightened out of necessity, it was on the heaviest spray setting and couldn't be changed without loosening the whole head. On a positive note, we were tired and slept well. The road noise was not as big a factor as we thought it might be.
