Beautiful new construction, however listing says there is outdoor area that is not there. Does look like a patio area is in the process of being built. Also we didn't have access to AC and temps were near 80; there was a box fan.Hostess was great at communication.

Wonderful stay at a charming, updated country cottage
This place was a great fit for my daughter and me for our Experience WSU stay. It was tastefully decorated, had two spacious bedrooms and two modern, attractive bathrooms. Smart TV, courtesy coffee and great communication. I cannot recommend this place more highly.

Fantastic Property Highly Recommend
The photos don’t do justice to the stunning views from the living room window and the back bedroom window. The property was built with high quality materials and fine detailed finishes. The bedrooms are very large with comfortable beds and the bathrooms are large as well. The property is minutes away from wonderful downtown Moscow where we found wonderful shops, galleries, and the most amazing restaurants. I have to be gluten free and have many food allergies so I rarely get to eat out. We found ample restaurants who were happy to make sure I could eat safely and every meal I ate was absolutely delicious. We enjoyed driving up as far as we could go on Moscow mountain (lots of snow). We were there for U of Idaho graduation and enjoyed making a mini vacation out of it. The hosts have filled the kitchen and bathrooms with all the necessities. They were very easy to communicate with - check in and out was a breeze. I can’t say enough good things about this property and the hosts. I highly recommend staying at this property.

Very beautiful brand new property with plenty of room in the living spaces and ultra large bedrooms each with its own attached bathroom and very comfortable beds. Easy access to highway with plenty of driveway for multiple vehicle parking. Spacious kitchen with plenty of room to cook if desired. Well insulated with individual room unit to suit your own temperature. Very quiet
