Old property, renovated rooms but feels low grade. Bed linens and towels are very thin... mattress is not comfortable feels like sleeping on a concrete slab. Difficult communicating with front desk staff at check in as they speak only Portuguese and no even a basic of English or Spanish and makes no effort trying to understand.

Excellent Resort fun in the sun
Lots of fun. Great service. Excellent restaurant. Horseback riding. Great gym. Hot water spa pools. Paddleboats, great AC in room, wifi works and close to bus station and shopping mall. Professional photographers to take great pix, pool slides and fun for the whole family! 5 stars

Ótimas acomodações, bons restaurantes e piscinas muito relaxantes. Apenas os brinquedos aquáticos e o pedalinho deixaram um pouco a desejar, pois estavam fechando antes da hora e sem funcionários para tomar de conta.

O hotel n está com uma manutenção boa, com a área de lazer muito danificada e mal cuidada. Porém dessa vez o pior foi um evento privado q houve em uma área do evento onde a banda estava tocando num volume altíssimo até as 6h da manhã, uma total falta de respeito com os hóspedes, e olha q nosso apto era bem longe, avalie os mais próximos.

Péssimo atendimento
A estrutura de piscinas termais é excelente. Contudo, o ATENDIMENTO precisa melhorar consideravelmente, especialmente no restaurante que é de propriedade do hotel, o ONSEN. Dormi com fome, pois não trouxeram o meu pedido. A outra pessoa que estava comigo terminou o jantar e meu prato não veio. Depois de 1h30min o garçom disse que estava “em cucção” (detalhe que era 2 pratos japoneses de sashimi e sushi), ou seja, não registrou meu pedido. Procurei a gerencia, mas não tive acesso. A cultura do hotel é de não investir no atendimento e na qualidade dos serviços.
