Our check in/check out could not have been more seamless! Suzanne was immediately warm and welcoming, and we were in our room in a matter of seconds. She more than willing to recommend restaurants to us. Cardak is minutes away the old town and bridge, so the location could not have been any better. Would stay again.

The room was large and comfortable. The a/c worked perfectly, which is a necessity in August: the bathroom was ok clean. The property is not dog friendly, even for service dogs, which we had understood were welcome in all Expedia properties. However, the owners made an exception and allowed us to stay.

It is a great property in the middle of the old town. The owner is fantastic, super friendly, and very helpful. We didn't book any activities prior to arriving in Boisnia, but she went out of her way to make several calls and arrange a last-minute, same-day trip for us to see several attractions. We will stay here again when we go to Bosnia, and we are letting all our friends in Canada know about this place. Great place, excellent service!

We loved our time at Villa Cardak. The couple that own and run the hotel welcome you as friends and are so thoughtful and kind. They greet you with a welcome drink, and the husband drove our car down to the parking place for us (much needed in little cobbled streets). Great location and Suzanne gave us lots of recommendations too. Lovely to have Mostar to yourself in the mornings before tour groups arrive. Would definitely return to Villa Cardak!

A gem in Mostar
We had a wonderful stay. Susie and her husband were so helpful and pleasant. The room was comfortable and the AC worked well as it was very hot. Perfect location. Would come and stay with them again if I was ever in Mostar. Our only mistake is we had to leave early. Would have loved to have had the morning to explore and enjoy a breakfast.

A Wonderful Find
The kindest nicest people run this little hotel. Everything perfect Welcome was so kind as i was ill from a 6 hour car journey and she tended to me with immediate effect!! I’m sorry i don’t know their names but We can’t thank them enough for their perfect service! I would definitely love to return. Mostar as a place is brilliant a real hidden gem Restaurants very reasonably priced 2 to 3 days will give you what you need to see all the delights

The property is right in the middle of the buzzing night life of Mostar Old Town. You can walk to the Bridge within 2 minutes. The owner couple were super kind and even offered to drive our car through narrow street to their parking lot. Room is big that can easily sleep in 4 people. If I visit Mostar again, I will stay at the same place.

Amazing! Best hotel I’ve been to.
Sweetest lady ever! Once we got there we were greeted and shown around the beautiful room, me and my brother traveled for a month now and this hotel was 100% the best we have ever been to. It is such a great, spacious, clean room and the most perfect location so close to all the must sees in Mostar!

Most amazing little place we have stayed at in a long time. Comfy bed, ac, fridge, tv, our suite had a small patio. Location is top notch (2 mins to both the old bridge and crooked bridge). HOWEVER.. the best part of our stay is the owners. Once we called them and they helped drive our car down to the hotel, we were welcomed with open arms, refreshments and treats, and a plethora of recommendations. Stay here, your only regret will be not booking more nights! (To note: a bit hard to find, legit driving down a sidewalk. We had a local call the owner who met us and drove our car down, and the back up at checkout)

This is by far the most charming place we stayed at in the whole Europe. The convenience of Old Town Mostar shopping and dining is just Excellent. The hosts were unbelievably nice and very helpful. The place is located right in the center of all things Mostar. We give this place 10/10. Would definitely recommend to everyone, book this place you will not regret it!! Love, love, love!!!
