Ungepflegt / Renovationsbedürftig

Seit über 10 Jahren verbringen wir immer mindestens 2 Wochen pro Jahr in einem gemieteten Haus in Andalusien. Leider können wir dieses Haus nur in Sachen Lage und Aussicht empfehlen. Dieses Objekt ist sehr ungepflegt und an vielen Stellen müsste dringend renoviert werden - besonders der kleine Pool - dieser ist nur mit Farbe ausgestrichen - diese Farbe fällt jedoch überall ab. Demzufolge ist das Wasser trübe und am Beckenrand setzen Algen an - alles andere als einladend zum Baden. Im Garten müsste der Zugangsweg von Ästen etc. befreit werden und der Müll, wie z.B. alte, nicht mehr funktionierende, überall herumliegenden Solarleuchten und und und, sollten dringend entsorgt werden. Im Innenbereich hat es diverse Stellen an denen auch Farbe abfällt. Im Bad hat es in der Dusche diverse Schimmelstellen und der Abfluss war total verstopft (wurde schon sehr lange nicht mehr von Haaren und anderem Sachen befreit). Fehlende Reinigung des Backofens in der Küche ist ebenfalls ein ekliges Thema. Die Alles in allem stimmt das Preis- / Leistungsverhältnis in keiner Weise - schade um das Haus, aus welchem mit einigen Reinigungs-, Aufräum- und Renovationsarbeiten viel Kundenzufriedenheit und Wohnbefinden erreichen werden könnte. Als positiv bewerten wir die Betreuung vor Ort durch die MA von interhome - diese waren per WA gut erreichbar und haben auf unser Anliegen für einem Sonnenschirmständer rasch reagiert und geliefert. Ebenso waren sie bei Ankunft pünkltich am vereinbarten Treffpunkt.
