Welcome to Winni Bear Lodge, your haven in the welcoming Suissevale community on Lake Winnipesaukee! This custom log cabin exudes warmth and comfort, offering ample space for your entire family. The fully stocked kitchen, 3 bedrooms, and 2 full bathrooms ensure convenience and relaxation.

The loft area features an additional log futon with a full-size mattress for added flexibility. Unwind by the propane stove in the living room, enjoy one of the 3 smart TVs, or find serenity in the second living room downstairs. Stay productive in the dedicated workspace with complimentary WiFi, and take in the fresh air on the decks in both the front and back. Stay cool on the warm summer days with the brand new air conditioners installed in 2024.

Experience the outdoors around the built-in fire pit with Polywood Adirondack chairs or fire up the Weber grill for a delightful barbecue. Sleep soundly as Winni Bear Lodge comfortably accommodates 8 guests.

Please note, access to the house is through the front or rear doors, with garage doors off-limits. Be aware of Suissevale Association rules restricting beach access on Saturdays during the summer months; a weekly Suissevale beach parking pass is included at no charge to guests (a $140 value). Stunning vacation spot
Dan's home is stunning. Comfortable for my family, 3 guys 6' plus and me as well as our 2 dogs. The fire pit out front was wonderful, the rooms well appointed and welcoming. Everything was spotless and ready to settle in upon arrival. Dan was very communicative since we booked this vacation. He reached out to make sure we checked in easily, and again to let us know about someone possibly coming by that may be out back. My boys loved the beach. I enjoyed walking my dogs around the area. My husband even relaxed! We truly enjoyed the week, and would love to return.

Beautiful log cabin
Just finished a nice week in a beautiful log cabin. Owner made the rental very easy with all the necessary amenities for people traveling from a far. Nice area in the basement for kids or a temp office for those that cant step away from work. Will definitely rebook next trip back to Winni.

Great week in a great cabin!
Our family had a great week staying here! It was extremely clean upon arrival, and the door lock code was set so we knew how to get right in. Very well stocked with items like coffee. Laundry great. Tv and sitting area great. Front porch excellent during a rain storm. Very close to the local Suissevale beach area, and easy drives to other areas around Lake Winni. Great for our family of five, plenty of room for everyone. Thank you!

The post and beam log cabin home was beautiful! The open concept was so spacious making it easy to gather the entire crew. It was clean, the beds were comfortable and the bathrooms/showers were great. The house was in close proximity to Suissvale and States Landing beach. Both were excellent! The owner was easy to deal with and responded quickly to anything that was needed. We had an amazing week at the Lake and made memories that will last a lifetime. Hopefully, we’ll be back again next year!

Amazing log cabin!
Beautiful log cabin. It was immaculate and very well stocked with everything you could think of. Peaceful location, short drive to the beautiful community beach. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with. Definitely plan to stay again.
