I specifically requested cleaning everyday. Out of 4 nights, my room was cleaned only once. The room smelled of smoke. It was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. Breakfast should be extended to 10 AM. The staff was not very friendly. The bed was very comfortable

I arrived late at night due to terrible traffic only to find they had cancelled my reservation and gave away my room. They had apparently tried to call me once around 7:30pm, and when I didn’t answer, just went ahead and cancelled. So my husband and I had to scramble to find another room after midnight and an exhausting road trip. They offered no apology or solution to the situation. Absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had

The property was very dirty, from the batroom to the towels. Pool was closed and couldnt turn the shower from hot to cold due to the water faucet head getting ready to fall off. Very, very unpleasant stay. Dont recommend this hotel to anyone.

Overall, decent property for the price. Bring your own pillows though - the hotel room had a (very uncomfortable) king size bed with a couple throw pillows.

I had to change my room because the toilet was broken. Then when I went to the new room that toilet got clogged up and the room smelled like a pet. I know it’s a pet friendly hotel but they need to do a better job of freshening up the rooms after someone leaves with their pet. The odor in my room was horrible. There was hair all over the wall in the bathroom. I picked BW from the rating I saw on their website. I tried it but I don’t think I will be ever going back their again.

The hotel called the day of check in, after the check in time to tell me that my room was unavailable and they didn't have any other rooms available at the hotel at all. I can only assume they double booked the room and the other person got there before me. Horrible experience. I cannot rate the cleanliness and such because I did not get to see it. I had book a last minute room from my phone while I was on vacation without researching it because of how irresponsible the people who run this hotel are.

It was a very nice stay at this hotel. The counter person was very nice and and helped me get a room before the actual checkin time. Room was very clean, and the breakfast was awesome. I visit my old pals once a year and this will definitely be the place I stay for years to come.

Smelly, tv remote filthy, hair strand and in the bathtub. Indoor pool is shown in photos, but “closed indefinitely”, the guest room across the hall from us had six dogs in it that barked excitedly at times. People were loitering around the back door smoking pot and at 2 a.m. heard loud voices in back parking lot. It’s Been a while since I have stayed in a best western, but I truly expected more and chose this property because of that brand affiliation and that it was pet friendly. It was that but cleanliness and safety are also important to us.
