This little cabin has 1 bedroom for 2 and then a loft with 2 separate cots with 3” foam mattress for children or adults 😊..
Bathroom w/shower, air conditioner,
Kitchen with mini fridge, coffee pot, dishes, wine glasses, microwave, hot plate and patio w/charcoal grill.

We are contactless check in !!!

Easy in and out Accessibility

We have a running creek that’s a short walk through the pine trees behind the cabin called Twin Creek.. follow the white flags to the path !!

Outdoor smoking allowed with ash pots available in sitting areas.

We are Within 3 miles from Stunning Lake Ouachita that has hiking and bike trails or fishing, horseback riding, spa or even just relaxing.

Several crystal mines in the area for public crystal digging.

Wonderful stay!

The property is very well taken care of and exactly as described. The weekend we were there, tornadoes were in the vicinity, and the owners made sure we had a safe place to go. They went above and beyond. The trail to the creek in the back is beautiful! We will definitely be back!

The perfect family getaway

Our stay at Whispering Pines Cabin was absolutely perfect for our family! Every inch of the cabin was thoughtfully designed, from the beautiful decor to the well-stocked amenities—everything we needed was right at our fingertips. The outdoor space was just as wonderful, with cozy hammocks and a lovely walk down to the creek (just keep an eye out for snakes). Our kids had a blast exploring and washing our crystals at the wash station. The location was ideal—peaceful and secluded, yet close enough to town for anything we needed. We couldn’t have asked for a better retreat and can’t wait to come back!

Peaceful, cozy, clean getaway!

My daughter and I came to AK to mine at Twin Creek Crystal Mine and it was the perfect location (just 10-15 minute drive). We loved the pine trees at the cabin, the hammocks, exploring at the creek (5 minute walk), and feeling tucked away in a cute cabin instead of staying farther away in Hot Springs as we usually do. From now on, we will come back to this cabin and enjoy a true “off the grid” location that still has everything we need. The hosts were wonderful!

Perfect Getaway

Father/son trip: perfect location, very relaxing. The Host was quick to provide tons of information. Had everything needed (cooked meat outside and a microwave inside). The space and bunk on the loft was a little tight for the son who is 5’9” but it was manageable.

A Perfect Stay at Whispering Pines Cabin

My mom and I had an unforgettable stay at Whispering Pines Cabin! The cabin was beautifully cozy, offering a perfect balance of comfort and charm. The indoor and outdoor spaces were equally stunning, and we felt welcomed right from the start. One of our favorite experiences was exploring the trail to the creek—it was peaceful and so refreshing. Evenings by the fire pit were magical, complete with s’mores and starry skies. The owner went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect, even sending us a new heater promptly when the original one stopped working. Their attentiveness made us feel truly cared for. We also loved venturing out to Hickory Nut Mountain, just a few miles away. The panoramic view of the lake from the top was absolutely incredible and well worth the trip. Everything about our stay was perfect, and we’re already looking forward to returning. Whispering Pines Cabin is a true gem for anyone seeking relaxation and adventure!

Cozy, comfortable tiny home. We loved it so much that we extended our stay. Hated leaving when we did! The only drawback is it's close to the road but it's not an extremely busy road. It's still relaxing!! And it's next door to a rock shop!!

Perfect Abode

This lovely rental was just what I needed. The house itself was very cute and welcoming, but what really stood out to me were the surrounding pine trees, the wonderful hammocks, and the nice little trail out back to the creek. I sat outside at night to watch the stars. Was grateful the owners of the property had shared info about the nearby Lake Ouachita hiking trails and mountain vista views. Great all around stay!

Such a little jewel!

This is such a cute, cozy place to stay. The creek out back is wonderful. We wrapped up in the hammocks with blankets (myself, my daughter, and my mom) before bed, and it was so relaxing. You can tell the owner really cares about the property. I'd recommend if you're in the area. My daughter, who loves and collects all things rocks, was obsessed with the rock store next door. I only wish we could have stayed longer! Thanks so much!

Loved our fall break!

We loved staying in the cozy cute VRBO! We brought our daughter crystal mining for her birthday and stayed here and it was perfect! So cozy and quaint. We really loved the nature trail leading to the creek! Such a wonderful bonus.

Perfect crystal diggers cabin

We absolutely loved our stay here. It was just perfect for my husband and I to have a couple days of relaxing and crystal digging. The cabin was right off the highway and easy to find and get to. Conveniently located to town and the crystal mines.Clean and cute!

MY HUSBAND AND I TOOK A SHORT TRIP TO EXPLORE A LITTLE OF ARKANSAS. THIS WAS THE PERFECT LITTLE COZY SPOT. WE REALLY ENJOYED WALKING TO THE CREEK AND BEING SAFELY IN NATURE. BEING FROM TEXAS WE LOVE TO BBQ SO IT WAS NICE TO BE ABLE TO DO THAT AND SIT BY THE FIRE PIT. I WAS ABLE TO KICK MY SHOES OFF AND GROUND IN THE GRASS. THE SPACE WAS TIDY AND WELL KEPT. WE DID HAVE LUNCH AT THE DIARYETTE AND LOVED IT. I ONLY WISH I HAD MORE TIME. :-)

Peaceful

Great communication with the owner, I was just getting away for my birthday for some peace away from the city. Excellent option with the private rail to the creek if you’re wanting some alone time and recuperation. I really enjoyed the hammocks they have as well. Over all the house itself was well put together definitely brought the homey and welcoming vibe. Very clean as well as the trail was extremely up kept. 10/10 .
