The rooms and the hotel are comfortable and very clean. The Bistro however is the only complaint I would share. The ventilation system isn’t adequate for the Bistro as there is a constant unpleasant odor of fried / griddle food preparation ongoing. It is apparent there are non chef prepared options available. I ordered a burger and the meat wasn’t fresh and they never asked for the temp on it- it was inevitable. The same with a chicken sandwich in which was rubber and also not editable. After 2 attempts with beef and chicken both failed terribly and I went to bed with an empty stomach. Overall the stay was very nice and I would recommend it for sure but just door dash food if you have an elevated palette 😊
