The room smelled stale and the AC unit wouldn’t stay on. The carpets were very dirty and the towels in the bathroom had dust on top of them, almost like the room had been sitting for a long time. The front desk staff was friendly and efficient. If we were staying longer than a quick overnight stop I would have requested a new room.

Nice quiet area, the maintenance needs work. In our room the wallpaper is coming loose in the main room, the ice bucket had no cover and no sanitation bag, the refrigerator froze our bottles overnight. The bathroom badly needs help. The shower curtain rod is loose, the shower curtain was ripped, the towel rod was very loose, only 1 washcloth, the faucet was so far back you could not wash your hands, the back of the bathroom door was water damaged, wallpaper coming loose everywhere, and the toilet ran constantly. The breakfast was ok, the juice dispenser was broken, the pancake maker was broken as well.

Good geographical location to where we were visiting. Room smelled like cigarettes and the pull-out couch was uncomfortable. Tried to switch from 1 king bed to 2 queens but was told nothing was available. The shower had visible mold in it. To top it all off, the gym and pool were both closed for renovations.

It's fine.
For a Holiday Inn Express, this hotel is a bit run down with a weird smell. The toilet paper holder in the bathroom was hanging on by half a screw and there was mold in the shower. Both the swimming pool and the fitness area were closed, so I had to get my walk in by just walking circles around the hotel since it is kind of in the middle of nowhere. But it was just for one night and the breakfast was free. It was better than some of the other hotels I've stayed at along this stretch, but I don't know that I would go there again.

The room was very clean, but not really updated. The air conditioner didn't really cool the room off as it should have. But the beds and pillows were super comfortable as always.

Honestly the worst experience I’ve had at a hotel, it was dark un welcoming the room doors are damaged, we enter the room the carpets are sticky the surfaces are not properly wiped, moving forward the telephone itself is not working, had to walk to front desk if I needed anything and they didn’t have a fix for it. Iron missing. Weird odour in the room. Check out time being 12pm a staff knocks and opens our door at 10:45am to check if we had left regardless of our do not disturb sign on the door. Just overall terrible vibes services and staff please pay extra to not stay here.

The area is nice but this is the dirtiest hotel i have ever been in. The towels were filthy from prior guests. There was blood stain on one of the towels. I took the tiwels down to the front desk to show them to the lady there and got some clean one. The pillows smell body sweat and the sheet were dirty. There was trash on the floor left behind by the housekeeper. Horrible experience and the front desk was nonchalant about my experience.
