This is an airbnb like no other. The property consists of a 3 bedroom restored 1890s bungalow with an additional studio cottage (in design partnership with West Elm). It sits privately along the Esopus Creek which can be seen, heard and accessed. The property also adds unique fireside views of Mount Tremper Mt.

The space has been designed to accommodate a small group of up to 8 people.

The Wifi is setup with 400mbps to make it a work friendly environment throughout your stay.

Bungalow:
The downstairs bedrooms have 1 king bed and one bedroom with a twin + futon mattress. Please note that these bedrooms are connected by a door, but there is no visibility between the rooms, nor do you have to travel into either room for entry or exit.

The bathroom on the main floor has a full shower, toilet and vanity. It comes equipped with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, makeup towels, and a hair dryer.

The upstairs loft has a king bed with a half bathroom. There are beautiful views and sounds of the creek in this bedroom. Please note; there is a small soaking tub open the room, but it is currently not in suitable condition for guest use. It should have no effect on your stay in this space!

This beautiful full sized kitchen comes fully equipped to make any common meals (we'll send more information about the pots and the pans and things in our guidebook post booking :D).

The kitchen does include; SMEG coffee maker, 5 burner stove, dishwater unit, microwave, toaster.

There are multiple outdoor spaces to enjoy.

The firepit area has ample seating to enjoy a beautiful fire at any time of your stay. Firewood, included in your stay, will be located near the firepit area. We also will have blankets that you can bring out with you as needed.

The patio, located off the kitchen, has furniture to enjoy an elegant outdoor meal with.

The main deck off the living room looks onto the beautiful yard and has additional furniture to lounge in.

There is a gas fireplace inside the house as well as a wood burning fire pit in the backyard (firewood and starter supplies is included).

Studio
The studio has a king sized bed, full kitchen (note: stovetop is a double burner induction - we have provided the right tools to be able to use!). There is a two seat bartop table that is great for eating and working, though, please note the space is small. The bathroom has a standing shower. There is closet space and pantry space for anything you bring with you!

The back door of the studio leads to a small set of outdoor furniture to enjoy. Just past this furniture is a beautiful grass berm that overlooks the Esopus Creek and has sweeping mountain views. We have provided a firepit, additional lounge chairs, firewood and a table so you can spend as much time as possible relaxing by the fire.

Keyless door entry on both access doors.

This home is in a beautiful and private natured neighborhood. We ask that you treat the property and surrounding neighbors with respect in regard to noise.
During your stay at this holiday home, you're just a quick walk from Catskill State Park. A kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms are available in the holiday home.
