Wonderful stay!
Excellent stay at this lovely hotel. Staff were amazing, really attentive and courteous. Breakfast had great choice and we enjoyed a great Vesuvius view from the veranda each morning. Pool was clean and lovely, not heated (which we knew) but we still enjoyed swimming after sightseeing.

I can't say enough about the staff. They went out of Thier way to help us. My only disappointment was the gym. Most of the equipment was outdated or didn't work. Besides that, the grounds and room was in excellent condition.

Stunning old school boutique hotel with magnificent grounds and jaw-dropping views of Mt Vesuvius. Be sure to reserve a room with a view. Staff are incredibly helpful and friendly. This is quite removed from things so we ate at the on site restaurant every night with no regrets. The food was excellent. Breakfasts were next level!! This would be a terrific site for a glamorous wedding.

Lovely family hotel
Lovely hotel with a real family feel to it. The service was excellent and the hotel spotlessly clean. Breakfast was included in the cost and was a high standard. We ate in the restaurant once for lunch and once for dinner and that was also very good. The only downside was the location. You definitely need a car and there weren’t many good restaurants in the immediate vacinity. I’d highly recommend for couples or families with older children.

Fabulous!
Perfect location! Pompeii 15 minutes away, Sorrento 20 minutes away and an hour to the Amalfi Coast. La Medusa did not disappoint, the grounds are beautiful and well kept, the Spa services are fabulous and the hospitality was top notch like a 5 star hotel in Beverly Hills, CA. We were shocked to see the breakfast variety and that it was all included! We have definitely recommended La Medusa to our friends and will return!
