This condo is perched overlooking the courtyard featuring two hot tubs, a pool, two pickle ball courts, pool house and pavilion.

Zip on I-84 and over to Park City to explore in less than one hour away. Within walking distance to the bus stop for Snowbasin, Powder Mountain, Ogden & everything that is Salt Lake City.

Fantastic!!
The condo was GORGEOUS! Our host thought of everything! We were texted entry instructions before we arrived, and check-in and check-out was easy. We signed a basic online VRBO agreement for our stay, but we did not write a deposit check, everything was directly through VRBO. The property was spotless and the living room was comfortable and there was seating for everyone in our group, between the living room, round dining table, and the kitchen island. The kitchen was also stocked with every appliance you’d need. We liked the decor, it had a modern flair with a slight, mountainy look to it. Before we booked, the host responded quickly to my inquiry about bedding. They had brand-new mattresses and heavy enough blinds that allowed us to sleep in, which was exactly what we needed after a long day of skiing. Our requests for extra beds were set up when we arrived. They set up two cots — one in the upstairs queen bedroom and one in the living room. Each cot was very comfortable with an extra-thick mattress and layer of memory foam on top. Every bedroom had its own bathroom, including the extra cot in the living room. They have a queen bedroom on the first floor and queen and king bedrooms on the third floor – each with their own attached bathrooms. While we were there the host checked in twice to make sure everything was okay. The only thing was that the cots weren’t quite as long as we thought, slightly smaller than a twin bed, but we made it work. We’ll definitely be back!

Dream Rental!
Our vacation was absolutely perfect! The attention to detail to make our stay very comfortable, relaxing and easy was just amazing! The house is professionally decorated, very clean and has everything you could possibly need. The beds are so comfortable too! The house is located very close to Snowbasin and was an easy drive from SLC airport. Joan and Greg are such gracious hosts and responded quickly to our questions. We would highly recommend their place!

Wonderful stay
We have stayed in this area several times before, but this is the best rental property we’ve ever stayed in. Everything was brand new and thoughtfully arranged and decorated. We didn’t miss anything! The owner was so responsive to any questions even though our stay was issue free. We skied snowbasin from this unit and it was a very easy drive up to the mtn each day. Would definitely return.

Easy access to Snowbasin
We stayed for 2 nights and skied Snowbasin and found this to be an excellent location for accessing Snowbasin. Large garage has plenty of space to store skies and snowboards. Living space is immaculate. We did not cook but the kitchen is large and well stocked. The only "surprise" was the owners require an additional rental agreement and security deposit that is not described in the listing. The owners were very responsive via text and email and seemed very nice. If we ever go back to Snowbasin I would definitely stay here again.

Hosts communicate well and are very thoughtful. They've really covered all the bases for what guests need. Comfy beds and furnishings. Location is convenient to Snowbasin and an easy drive from SLC area. Highly recommend.
