Designed for couples or 2 people. You will love this property and it will not disappoint. This Cottage on Lake Hamilton is a 1 bedroom, 2 bath home. It has comfortable leather furniture with 2 pull out couches, beautiful cedar tongue and grove walls and vaulted ceiling. Front bath located off the living area has large Jacuzzi Soaking Tub. The master bath has a double vanity and large shower. It has a beautiful extra-large kitchen with big island and stainless appliances. The outdoor kitchen has a gas grill, large, covered porch with sitting area, covered bar area and mini fridge. There is a bonus sunroom that is wonderful for early mornings or late evenings. Boardwalk, and large swim platform included in rental. This home is much larger than it appears. Located in a quite neighborhood with 1/2 acre lot, on a dead end road and right on a beautiful cove on Lake Hamilton. We are about 15 min. to downtown area and most attractions are less then 20 minutes away…Very close to Lake Ouachita and Lake Ouachita State Park. Many guest come and take advantage of both Lake Hamilton and Lake Oauchita since we are only minutes away from the The Spillway, Echo Canyon & Lake Oauchita State Park. This home away from home is perfect for Couples and people that love to swim, float, fish, Rest, relax and just get away from it all.
Record fish caught right out side the cove! The large striper fish displayed on the wall of the cottage was caught at the end of the cove on the main channel. Bring your boat, fishing gear, floats and water toys, there is plenty of boat parking right on our board walk. You can tie up your boat or personal watercraft to the board walk and leave in the water overnight. We are in a no wake zone, so no worries about your boat getting beat up from waves/wakes.
Nature is at its best too, bird watching is great here and Bald Eagles are spotted often flying overhead. We have natural wild life here as well, rabbits, turtles, beavers, otters, foxes, minks and deer are often spotted in the area.
We have plenty of trailer parking for boats, motorcycles/ATV's. We have covered parking for one vehicle.
Come and visit, stay awhile, you will love the home away from home feel of the Cozy Cottage.
We have Kayaks for rent Ask about Sunset Cruises/ boat rides in a private Party Barge . This is a non smoking/pet free home (smoking out side only)
Not Handicap Accessible. 1 step to deck - 2 step down to bedroom- 2 step down to dinning and kitchen, small step to master bath. Walkable incline path to boardwalk and swim dock.

It is an amazing property with a beautiful lake view! A deck that is meant for a good grill out party! lol The property is clean and the hot tub is super nice! Can’t wait to do some fishing this summer from there cause the water is see thru and prime for great fishing!

Lovely Cozy Cottage
Hello Carol and Ed,We had a wonderful time at Cozy Cottage and fell in love with the place! I was thoroughly impressed with how immaculately clean it was when we arrived! We cooked quite a bit, as that’s something we like to do together with new entrees and had most everything needed. It was wonderful to such nice appliances and extra ice makers! It was such a pleasure to not have a schedule and have a lovely patio to sit and the view was lovely. Thank Ed for coming to the rescue with the tiki bar lights when we couldn’t figure out how to get them on. Great to have you nearby! Perfect get away
The Cozy Cabin is very appropriately named! It is the perfect location for a couple to just relax and unwind. Beautiful location on upper Lake Hamilton. Carol and Ed take very good care of the property. It is very well equipped. There was nothing we were wanting for. Not to close to crowds, but a beautiful scenic drive into Hot Springs. equipped. T

The perfect getaway!
I can't say enough about the Cozy cottage vacation house! The house is beautifully decorated, with very thoughtful amenities and quite comfortable furniture/beds/linens. As other reviewers have mentioned, the pictures don't do it justice! The host Carol is wonderful, informative and very responsive! The house is so clean and I was impressed by how organized it was. For example in the kitchen, it was easy/intuitive to locate items needed. The coffee station was great with K-cup's provided, as well as drip coffee which always starts the day off right. The jet tub in the bathroom was so relaxing! We also had fun taking the paddleboat out, walking outside around the house area, floating in the river with the floats Carol provided, having dinners outside on the deck kitchen, spending time in the enclosed porch in the mornings and evenings and enjoying the beautiful scenery! We also went to the town of hot springs, only 11 miles away - where we had lunch at the superior bathhouse brewery, walked around the town and checked out some of the shops. Very fun! The people in the area are all so nice! A very Fun and enjoyable experience! We hope very much to return and highly recommend & appreciate Carol and the Cozy Cottage at lake Hamilton!!

Perfection!
I adored my stay and will absolutely return to the cozy cottage. The area is very pretty. I loved being on a leg of the lake and not on the main body so it was quieter and perfect for swimming, floating and paddle boarding. Chill time on the porch over the water or in the sun room was a great way to start and finish the day. Pretty drive into town. The cottage had everything you could need. Well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bed and seating in living area. Smart TV to wind down before bed. Big jetted tub and a separate shower. Laundry. If I could add 1 tiny thing it would just be a lounge chair for the deck. Also great communication with the hosts. I can’t wait to return.

This was just what me and the husband needed. The cottage was clean with a gorgeous view. It stayed pretty cool inside on the hot days, which was so nice. We will definitely will be saving this little piece of paradise for future getaways.

Cozy Cottage was Wonderful
The hosts were great, very accommodating, and so helpful. We were looking for a place close enough to Brady Mountain on Lake Ouachita but also close to Hot Springs. The cottage was exceptionally clean. This was a perfect location for what we wanted to do. We loved the cove and the access to the river. We were able to kayak, fish in the cove, and fish off the dock. Took a kayak trip upriver to a nearby creek that was just beautiful.

❤️ Cozy Cottage
The Cozy Cottage has everything you need for a home away from home. We really enjoyed the outdoor kitchen and sunroom. The neighborhood is peaceful and the water in the inlet is calm and perfect for swimming, paddle boarding and kayaking. We enjoyed watching the flock of geese that came by a couple of times a day, we also saw several turtles and the cutest little mink came by twice during our stay. We really enjoyed our stay at the Cozy Cottage.

Beautifully unique property
Our stay at the cozy cottage was amazing! The property is well maintained and absolutely beautiful! Carol was a pleasure to deal with and very prompt at responding when I had questions. Very sweet lady. Rent the kayaks for at least a day if you choose to stay. We rented them for the whole weekend and used them everyday. The cove is absolutely beautiful to explore. Its close enough to Hot Springs to not be a pain to drive yet far enough off the beating path to enjoy country and lake life. We wish we would have rented a boat for a day since we dont own one. But we will next time. Bring one if you have it or plan a day to rent one would be my recommendation to have that experience. We will definitely be back in the future to visit the cozy cottage and Carol. Thank you for a beautiful experience and vacation Carol! Sincerely, Heather and Brian

Really enjoyed our stay. Enjoyed being by the water.
My wife really loved the hot tub. We did try to fish a little bit but was not sure what’s in the water but it was fun teaching my wife had a fish for. I’ve never taken her fishing before but we are able to walk around there and have fun, I did notice during the rain that there was a small leak in the back room sunroom. I did take a photo and will send it. Thank you so very much for working me through the communication aspect that I had trouble with.

Quiet getaway on the water
My husband and I stayed here, perfect for a couple, bed was firm and comfortable. Quiet peaceful, on a channel, close to both lakes. Would be a great place in the summer too I'm sure, especially if have a boat or jet ski.

Absolutely PERFECT!!
If I could give this place more than 5 stars, I definitely would! My husband and I were looking for a nice, quiet getaway on the waterfront…this was everything we were looking for and more! One of our favorite parts was starting our day by sitting in the sunroom each morning, drinking coffee and just enjoying being with each other. The cottage has a homey feeling and everything from the bed to the recliners was so comfortable! Carol is very quick to respond and was very helpful in giving us suggestions and directions to places. I highly recommend this place!!!

PERFECT GETAWAY
If I could give 100 stars I would!!! 🌟 🌟 🌟 Once agin everything was PERFECT!! We stayed here a couple of years ago & it was as beautiful & cozy as it was then!! Carol & her Husband are TOP TIER!!! I left a pair of slides on our last stay & to my surprise ahe saved them for me!!!! We had an issue ( user error on my part) and they responded & came in no time!!! YES WE WILL STAY AGAIN & AGAIN!!! Hands down the BEST GETAWAY IN HOT SPRINGS

Just what we needed
My husband and I stayed her for our anniversary and it was absolutely perfect! It had everything we needed/wanted. It was a short drive to Hot Springs but far enough away from the hustle of city life. We enjoyed the kayaks and fishing around the house. Carol was responsive to every message and offered suggestions on area favs. Highly recommend!
