Consider me swept off my feet! Upon arrival, I was o Presented with a hot hand towel rolled in a pottery styled plate as well as a water with my choice of room temperature or iced. The aroma (yes, from diffusers) was wonderful! Very clean, earthy jungle feel. Every aspect of this hotel screams hospitality and service. The rooms toiletries included a loofa for crying out loud! Rooms also contained robes and slippers for the spa/sauna/pool. The pool area included an outdoor shower. I’m missing countless other details but these were just a few of the things that set this hotel apart. Hospitality and service is at the forefront of what this hotel offers and is now a staple in our yearly visits from out of state.

A wonderful property with good-sized room, access to conference room, nice bar and restaurant and free parking with charging. Access to bikes and close to Bay trail. It’s truly an urban resort!

Shashi Hotel has so many good things, good restaurant and great pool, sauna , everything is so nice and the decor looks great. The bed just invites me to stay in the room! But everything outside the room is great also ..the sauna and jacuzzi

Easy freeway access. Spacious, modern, extremely organized quiet rooms. A choice of coffee shops, bar and restaurant are either on the property or located within the next block. The hotel is situated close to Google headquarters with lots a scenic walking options along Shoreline Blvd. I can’t say enough wonderful things about the responsiveness of the staff. They were all quite attentive, welcoming and friendly. I really appreciated having the covered parking garage spaces that were limited to hotel guests, and I felt comfortable knowing my car could be monitored. The hotel provides a garage attendant who matches check in times with arriving guests.
