Our room was infested with ants. Once we informed the front desk, they did give us another room and a refund on some of the fees. During that time, also the pool was not accessible, big disappointment.

The staff was very friendly and responsive to our requests. Definitely 5 star. Dislike: We booked an ADA room but we still had to request a shower chair and a non-slip mat for the shower. Plus there should be a horizontal bar next to the toilet for the disabled to use. I had to rely on my walker. - In my opinion, an ADA room should have a step in shower. Not a conventional bathtub. - We were disappointed to have the counter top cracked, significantly, under the microwave. It's very unattractive. - We will stay there again.

Room was dingy and smelled of mildew. Needs better ventilation and carpets to be scrubbed. Pool and hot tub were overcrowded with kids, so we couldn't use them. Enjoyed drinks outdoors at the Mallard restaurant with the beautiful mountain landscape. Breakfast was full, lots to pick from.

Restaurant closed , pool heater broke and a ring around the hot tub that would make a truck stop proud . Spa and resort no last resort yes great value at 99.00 or less Worn out and needs major repair . Staff is incredible and personable

Needs a lot of work!
We were out in a “suite” near the golf course. View was nice, room was large but very outdated. “Suite” was technically two hotel rooms together. One of the AC didn’t work. We called the front desk to have it fixed. We were told someone would come to look ant it and no one ever showed up. Bed mattresses were stained. Gross! Couch mattress was very springy and uncomfortable. And the drawers to the nightstand kept opening and wouldn’t stay closed. The dining was ok. It’s a runner down, old golf course restaurant.

Paid a 30 dollar resort fee per day. Gym was closed, bar and restaurant closed, pool was dirty, hand rails on pool were wanky and loose. Keys did not work half the time. Would have been ok if I didn't have to pay resort fee.

I booked this space for a friend's birthday overnight stay. The staff was great at helping us with our needs but we were not impressed.we stayed in the "suites" near the golf course. The room felt old and stale. The air conditioner was extremely loud. The ceiling had dark brown -red splatter that was difficult to miss. The porch light did not turn on and the furniture drawers kept opening on their own the entire time we were there. For the cost, I don't think I would book again.

Overpriced and run down
Dated and run down. Crazy expensive for what you get. The whole resort was nice about 20 years ago. Pool, hot tub and all the walkways are eroded and falling apart. Main restaurant was close. Rooms are also dated and missing decor on the walls. Clips still on the walls from what ever was hanging. Just utterly overpriced

This hotel is in need of care. There were holes in ceilings, decor worn from the 80’s and the cafe is really minimal, not really a dining spot. Not worth the cost of the stay

Setting not enough to overcome problems
The setting is beautiful and the resort seems like it was once pretty nice. They “upgraded” us to a suite, but the room was very tired. Beyond being generally dated, the furniture in our room was disintegrating, and we had to pick up pleather pieces constantly so our baby would stop trying to eat them. Our first room had a broken air conditioner so they moved us. The second room also had a broken air conditioner in the bedroom. The pool was nice but freezing. And although we had a patio outside our room, there was a yellow jacket nest in it and my other child was stung. The staff were friendly and helpful and the mountain setting was great. Seems like an owner/management issue. In the end, it was probably not worth the price we paid.
