Annons stämde ej överrens med verkligheten.
Snow Hotel hade ingen bokning på oss genom hotels.com. när vi anlände trots att vi bokat och pengar dragits. Inget som stod på hotels.com. stämde med verkligheten förutom namn och adress. Det som annonseras på hotels.com är inte det verkliga snow Hotel. Bilden stämmer ej, faciliteterna stämmer ej. Vi fick boka och betala ett rum på plats, trevlig personal och ok standard för priset.
