I’ve stayed at the Hyatt before and it has never disappoint. The restaurants were fantastic. The pool was nice except no drinking allowed by the pool, also the jacuzzi was out of service which was disappointing. The spa for ladies was nice clean and had all the amenities, my husband said the men’s side was nice until he was forced to get out of the jacuzzi because there was a sewage back up and was starting to enter the jacuzzi. I was given the option for room upgrades because I booked 3 rooms; I opted for an apartment three bedrooms two living rooms a balcony kitchen and each room had their own bathroom, it was nice for the space but it was very outdated. The tv were not smart TVs thank god I had my own HDMI cable and iPad to connect to the tv to watch something because the TV had not to even watch. The facility over all is a good stay but once again the surrounding area was terrible alot of poverty people begging it was hard to walk on the streets. We got a few recommendations for shopping which were places decently priced. The excursions around the area were mainly of historic sites and there were tours that included touring the slums.

Amazing 5 star hotel
Loved the stay , it was very comfortable . The staff were especially very hospitable and most of our requests were met with a smile. We stayed with our twins and toddler and had a 1 bedroom apartment, and it was the perfect choice with lot of amenities. Would stay again 10/10

It took forever to check in to the property only to find out that the type of room we booked was unavailable. They downgraded the room while checking in even though we paid more for the room upgrade. Had to call the property manager and argue for 30 mins just to get an upgrade to an apartment which was all the way on the other side of property. Never coming back here again.

If you are paying full money and more than taj SZ, JW, trident BKC and Sofitel and still you are not told that there is some construction going on which will affect your stay - that’s not good at all.
