Pathetic check-in procedure with staff that was unaware of a fully pre-paid booking. I had to wait 25 minutes to get clarified if I had a valid booking or not. No friendly smile, no small-talk or attempt at a friendly conversation with the guest, just a bunch of rude smelly guys piled with much attitude behind a check-in desk.
Customer care is poor no policy and regulations at hotel. Bad management. I give my 2pc for dry cleaning worth 500 Euro each and they just wash them in water. No apologies, no compensation, no any action to resolve the problem. My suits are both dommage will never use them.
The hotel is in an area that is not the best in town, more like an average Indian neighbourhood. Close to the metro station and if you need, there is a McDonald's across the road. Room is clean and everything looks new and big enough. Staff is fine, but there was no toilet paper in my room. I asked at the reception 3 times but no use. I finally talk to the boys who clean the room directly for a roll of toilet paper. Breakfast is at the restaurant next door, and the service and food is good. Overall a good stay, but there is nothing to see or do outside the hotel.
Det kunne have været et bedre ophold, hvis ikke man fra starten i receptionen blev mødt med surhed og yderligere mere skulle dokumentere at man havde booket hotelværelset. I receptionen troede de ikke på en og ville have at man skulle vise det på telefon eller computer. Da man ville dette kunne vi ikke komme på wifi og tilsidst ville de 3 mænd som besatte receptionen have at man skulle vise sine koder for at man kunne logge på internettet. Der satte vi en stopper og en mand som åbenbart var maneger kom til og fortalte at internettet ikke virkede i receptionen, men på værelset. De begyndte også at snakke over hovederne på os så man ikke kunne forstå noget og de grinede mens de kikkede på en.
Og yderligere mere var der lige pludselig kommet en bekræftigelse fra hotel.com at det var iorden.
De folk i receptionen kunne lære noget af den vagt som sad udenfor hotellet og passede på porten. Når man gik og kom tilbage, blev man altid mødt med et smil og en hilsen.
Ikke et hotel vi vil booke igen. Kundeservice havde de ihvertfald ikke i receptionen.
this hotel dosen't have hot water for shower ,except before 9:00am in the moring ,so can not take shower in other time ,this is rediculous .the sheet on bad is a little unclean.
