There seemed to be minor issues. The key card put into the power slot did not work on the door. I had to get another/validated for the room. Later when I wanted to leave my room, the door wouldn't open. From inside! Staff were helpful in resolving it, but they should get it serviced. TV... I would have like a face towel and not just the bath towels. No stirrer in the coffee/tea kit. Toilet paper roll nearly over, but no ready replacement. I shouldn't have to ask for all these. I liked that it was clean, easy to get to, easy to attend an event nearby and walk back late night. Their veg restaurant was good for a simple meal.

This 3 star hotel provides god value for money. I is located on 3rd floor. I had a clean room with aircondition but no hot water. Breakfast buffet, which is served in a restaurant at the ground floor, is OK. The staff is helpsome and available 24/7. My room had free reliable WiFi with good speed.l provides god value. Je noterai pas la qualité du séjour vu que je n’y suis pas resté. Pour comprendre la note, je vous situe le contexte. J’arrive à l’aéroport, j’allais me faire arnaquer par un auto hostile qui m’a demandé 10 fois le prix moyen. Puis j’ai changé d’auto, ce dernier me suivait. Arrivé à l’hôtel, celui qui m’a déposé me demande davantage. Lors du Check in le réceptionniste ne parle pas anglais. Il scan mon passeport, le silence passe, je complète un livret d’accueil, nom prénom, signature. Je rentre dans la chambre, pas à l’aise que l’auto (taxi) , connaisse l’adresse je décide de m’en aller. Je vais voir l’accueil le manager arrive, j’explique que ce n’est rien lié à la qualité de la chambre. Il me dit évidemment il comprend, annule via booking et je confirmerai la demande de remboursement. Je réserve l’hôtel Hilton sur le chemin, j’écris au support d’hôtels.com, en expliquant. Ils me disent qu’ils appellent l’hôtel pour confirmer. Que fut pas ma surprise en apprenant que l’hôtel dit « nous ne connaissons pas, nous l’avons jamais vu », j’avais quitté l’hôtel il y’a même pas 15 min, avec un livret complète. Manque d’honnêteté, de fiabilité. Le voisinage est peu fréquentable pour des touristes. Bookez un hôtel plus cher au moins vous serez serein.
