Property is not clean and good as expected rooms are too small not expected
Worst experience ever! We arrived very tired in the evening to check-in. We were given a tiny room right pass the front desk on the first level. When we complained, we were told by the hotel manager that they that is the only room left and they would be able to give us a new room the next day. We agreed to spend one night in that room, but after about 15 minutes, when we opened the bathroom door to use it, the bathroom smelled like dirty sewer, the stench was so bad that we could not even use the bathroom. The WiFi singal was very weak. We were able to find another hotel and we checked out from LA Metro.
I had booked a double large room after my last stay but they gave me a room smaller than my previous stay and I paid more very dissatisfied with the booking information given in your app and at the hotel
We didn't even stay at this property whatever was shown is so much different than the actual, the moment we entered the lobby and even at the location it's soo much different and I did mentioned the number of people staying and when we reached there we they did say that we can accommodate everyone while leaving the staff came as we were leaving and there were no lifts and what was showcased and actual is so much different. Highly disappointed.
Good decent hotel, very convenient if going for US visa which is 10 minutes by Auto rickshaws. Friendly staff and owner is a good man. No restaurant but they have kitchen where they cook only vegetarian food and serve in rooms. They also allowed us late check out as our flight was late in the afternoon. Overall a good experience and would highly recommend for short stays.
Be very aware, hugely over stated, over priced, couldn’t risk laying our heads on the pillows. Disgraceful. We paid in advance, didn’t stay, Hotels.com gave us a credit for 2/3rd.
