We had a rocky start but the Taj Mahal Tower went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. Staff were very attentive and always checking to ensure their guests are having a pleasant experience. They value their customers and it shows in how they treat their guests. I would definitely come back and would recommend the hotel for a memorable experience. Thank you to reception manager Hamani and Shamiana breakfast staff Nikihil for making our stay very pleasant. It was our 36th wedding anniversary so we have left with a memorable stay.

Amazing property but its staff makes the difference. We were celebrating an anniversary. Vandita sent up a lovely cake and balloons. Every member of the staff is lovely. Always smiling and happy to help. If we could afford it, we would only stay at this hotel. It is World Class.

Brilliant
We had a fantastic stay here. Would recommend to any friends. Would also recommend their driver, Ashfaque, who handled our airport transfer with professionalism and care. Nina, one of the managers in the regional reservation office was very helpful in the lead up to our stay. Also, Anthony, who is the hairdresser at the Taj Salon is fantastic. All the staff who work in Shamiana at breakfast time are outstanding.
