I have stayed in many hotels in my life but this was one was Super. Gautami was always there to help me and my brother in every situation through out my stay. Chef Kamlesh Santosh took care of our needs at Citrus. Kritikesh, Shana, Rohit, Ritesh and Jasleen were all very helpful in numerous occasions. I may not remember all the names but I also give credit to Leela Mumbai for taking care of their so that they are motivated in their customer service.

Very nice business hotel near SEEPZ and airport. At $39 USD for a beer and 4 pieces of chicken the bar options were very pricey. Room desk needs an upgrade. All else was spectacular.

Our overall stay was good. But, certain things like the bathroom sink was clogging, TV channels were not working. Inspite of getting help the issues were not resolved. Considering this is a VIP 5-star hotel we expected these minor issues to be taken care of upfront.

Staying at the Leela is an exceptional experience because of the exemplary service of the staff. From the doormen and security personal, the concierge personnel, the citrus staff, and the hotel managers, the courteousness, attentiveness and warmth of the staff, was quite remarkable. Particularly citrus chef k ? who checked on guests and even made a batura for me when it wasn’t on the menu. Clearly excellence of citrus dining is fostered by his warm engagement of guests and attention to their needs. AST manager Kaur was also very gracious and attentive to guest needs. When there was an issue with my room, the room was promptly changed. In short, the Leela offers a wonderfully hospitable, restful & welcoming stay., especially for transiting guests.
