Heaven in the Pines
If VRBO was ever to have a class for its hosts, the owners of this property should be professors. I have stayed at many properties and none will ever compare to this. This property is above excellent. The owners have carefully planned and arranged for every scenario. Every detail was carefully thought through and executed to perfection. It is comfortable, cozy, welcoming, and so incredibly clean and beautiful. The beds are so comfortable and the linens so soft. You feel like you are sleeping on a cloud. The porch was our favorite spot. We sat outside almost the entire time just drinking coffee until it was time to drink wine. It was a spectacular weekend and if I could give the owners a hundred stars I would. Thank you for your kindness and hospitality.

Munds Park glory on Oak!
My mother (86), kids in their mid twenties, and my wife and I loved every detail. Lovely place! Better than advertised! Munds Park was sweet, as was this property. Very relaxing after many long hikes. Nice neighborhood with nice woods for morning warm up hikes. Not a bad word to say. Loved this place. Much appreciated!

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was very cozy and clean and I appreciated all the decor and nice touches that made the house feel like a home away from home. Very thoughtful setup! One thing was that It’s difficult to tell how close the home is to heart of Sedona, drove 40 minutes to Basha’s and restaurants but we weren’t in any hurry to get anywhere in particular so it was fine. Also, there were not enough linens, specifically face towels for everyone.

Perfect Base Vacay Home
We came to visit Grand Canyon, Sedona and Antelope Canyon/Horseshoe Bend. This was a perfect location to do all of those as day trips. Flagstaff with fast food chains and stores was only 20 minutes away. The home was immaculate and very warm, inviting. Nice, open main room and bedrooms perfect size for family of 5. Thank you for great communication, especially when we didn’t expect snow in Arizona!

We have stayed at several VRBOs and this by far has been the best one yet! Clean, spacious and plenty of amenities to make you feel at home. We couldn't have felt more comfortable. Great front porch to sit out on and enjoy the weather and a glass of wine. I highly recommend this property for your family! Even a weekend getaway with your friends or spouse would work too!

Very clean. Everything we needed to cook was available. Easy check in and check out. We didnt notice in the listing how tight parking is. However we had 2 jeeps and 1 pickup truck so it worked. Not sure if our long bed dually would though. I would definitely recommend this home.

I can't say enough about this property. It was represented perfectly, super clean, bottle of wine and an overall "cool vibe with a woodsy feel". We were in town for a graduation and we could not have been happier with the location and the property. We will book this one again when we are in the area.

Nice affordable rental
We had a very nice stay at this property in Munds Park, AZ. It was a nice distance from the attractions that we wanted to visit, namely Sedona, AZ and the Grand Canyon. Both destinations were about 1.5 hours from the rental property. The rental property was extremely nice in terms of furnishings. Everything was new and clean. The bed sheets were of high quality as well as the bathroom towels. Definitely the nicest Vrbo rental property we have stayed at. We didn’t stay much at the property, but used it as a “home base” for our excursions. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the outside of the property or the porch. The weather was still cold and there was some snow piled up around the property. We were able to stock up on food and other necessities by going to the Walmart in Flagstaff, AZ, a little distance from the property. I would highly recommend this property for others.
