Hotel was nice, but the room was overall dusty. Noises are heard wery clear from the other rooms and street. Airconditioning didn't work properly. Plus points were excellent location and easy to find. Check in was easy whitout staff and we got everything ready before the stay. I recommend the near by bar Kosmos and Bayern football fan bar. They use cash only.

Great hotel and they have nice small touches which really help make the stay more welcoming. Even a tiny Lindt Santa outside our door when we checked out which was so cute. Great for a short break!

On our second day of going to the breakfast buffet offered by this facility for almost 20 euros, the main supervisor of that area was accusing us of not having paid the day before for the breakfast.We had to get the front desk personnel involved to clarify this incident that left a bitter taste. We will not come back to Adva Stay or Kings Hotel again. I do not recommend this hotel at all. Plenty of options in Munich

Hotel has no reception it’s based across the road but this didnt affect anything. Checking was easy. Hotel very clean and tidy. Close to train station walkable to main square in ten minutes. Spacious room. Loved the chocolates on St Nicholas day. Also love the 10 euro voucher if cleaner doesnt need to come into room.

Nice room, albeit very small. No reception staff was interesting, but doable. Not the best part of town though. Strip joints and cheap Asian food are your neighbors.

I would definitely recommend AdvaStay by King's. The check in process was simple. Located within a 7 minute walk of the central train station and 20 minute walk to the Residenz Museum and Christmas Markets. The apartment was very clean and spacious.

We enjoyed the location and decor. The lobby of the main location/brunch was wonderful and quite impressive! The front desk was very helpful in helping us navigate elements of our trip. There were several issues with our room. The secondary shower head was not working, the thermostat was not working and pumped hot air into our room even when turned off; so much that we had to open the windows several times a day in 30° weather. Lastly, we thought that we had booked a room with a kitchenette, but were told that it was an extra $20/day and remained locked during our entire trip. This gave us no way to heat or prepare food. We loved the Dallmyer coffee pods! The bedding was very comfortable. The lack of dresser to put non-hanging clothes was annoying.

The room was phenomenal, charming, and unique in layout. Everything was super clean and sparkling. The coffee shop downstairs, California Bean, had very friendly baristas, plenty of food options, and deliciously made breakfasts. There were plenty of storage and space. The views from the top were incredible. The only thing that would have been helpful was if the vending machine had laundry detergent. I downloaded the app to use the washing machine and dryer but didn't get to use them. Another thing that came to mind was to have the option of using the $10 voucher for no housekeeping at the coffee shop instead of at the King's Hotel. Other than that, it was a pleasurable experience.

The apartment is walkable from the station and has great restaurants around. The room itself was quite spacious and the coffee machine was a great amenity to have! Also laundry and dryer was great to have as well !! Would definitely recommend to stay here.
