Inexplicably hot

Pros: Location, cleanliness, fresh simple décor.
Cons: The hotel needs better ventilation.
Location: Close to the Hauptbanhof. Didn't do anything in the area.
It's modern, clean, handy to the train station, excellent bathroom and shower, nice helpful staff, firm simple single beds. However, despite the cool September evenings and an open window, the 4th floor room was inexplicably hot. Uncomfortably hot. The heat wasn't on. There was no explanation for it. It was just too hot. A fan had been placed in the room -- indicating that they were aware of the problem. It provided some relief, but with the need to have the window open there was also a problem with noise from the street. Too bad, really; because otherwise it was excellent.
