Very cramped rooms. Could hardly get to the toilet because the door almost hits the seat of the toilet. Room was tiny and the A/C kept kicking out.

On expedia it says the hotel has air conditioning (one of the main reasons we booked it). However, upon arrival we were informed that there was AC ONLY in the lobby area and a “ventilation system” in the rooms (which, for summer in Munich, is simply not enough). The room was not properly cleaned either. The only positive was that they gave us as much free water as we wanted and the staff was very friendly.

Nice stay. Safe neighborhood.
Room looked exactly like the pictures. After living in Germany in the summers of 2008 and 2009 i made sure to look if there was AC in the room and i am pretty sure it said there was. And while there was a honeywell control panel mounted on the wall, i am not sure that it actually worked because no cold air ever came from the vents. It didn’t dampen our spirits any, we still had a great stay. One hot tip, Google tried to tell us there was a way from ostbahnhof to the hotel and we expected it to be at street level, but it is under the station’s S tracks. Don’t walk all the way around via Roseheimerstraße like we did. Use the underground way. Very safe neighborhood.

Location is great, the hotel, facilities and bedrooms are amazing, service too. I do recommend. It may be tight if you require lots of space, otherwise it is perfect.

No contact number was on the expedia site. Hotel did not acknowledge cancellation in one room even though I notified Expedia on time. I sent note on 21 Aug and. I had until 22 Aug to cancel. No email or determination was sent to me. At hotel they said no refind and to discuss with booking agent. No Expedia agent took my calls or virtual messages.

Hotel is in a great location. 5 minutes to Ostbanhopf station where you can access the s-bahn and u-Bahn. Plenty of shops, supermarkets and food options within 5-10 minutes of the hotel. Lots of street food options which is great. We stayed in a classic room, a little small but we didn’t spend a lot of time there. The only thing we weren’t keen on was no air con/heating in the rooms. The hotel uses air cooling system instead, great for the environment but it was 30 degrees when we stayed and struggled to keep the room a cooler temperature. I can imagine keeping it warmer may also be an issue. Free pretzels in reception on a Saturday morning when we were there. We would stay here again, it’s in a great location with easy access to transport. Bus stop at the end of the road - about 100 meters. Good stay for value for money. It is industrial style so if that’s not your thing maybe this isn’t the one for you

I'd forgotten how small European hotel rooms are until I walked into my room—it was enough for me traveling alone but for two people, it would have been quite tight. The rooms do not have air conditioning, the fan that you adjust with the thermostat does very little, and the windows barely open, so it gets quite warm in the summer. That said, I slept with just a sheet and was comfortable enough. The room was clean but simple. Location is excellent just a couple minutes from the train station. The hotel staff weren't very friendly but I had a good stay for the 3 nights I was there.

The room was clean, beds were comfy, able to check in early which was great, traveling around Germany though having cold air conditioning vs US cold air conditioning are two very different things so just mentally prep yourself for that because it’s HOT here. The staff was friendly. 20/10 booking here for the area alone lots of fun dining options here, and drink options, the Adele bus was also parked here so 10/10 amazing area. Very safe would stay again

New hotel. AC did not work very well. In fact we had to leave window open overnight to cool the room as the ac did not work. Parking was convenient and reason why we chose the hotel. Food options were ok. Hotel was nice enough to give us free tickets to the Ferris wheel which was a good experience. Shower in the bathroom was an open shower, ie no walls, so everything got wet. Not a big fan.

The property was very clean, and the proximity to the east Bahnhof made it so convenient. If you're not lazy, it was quite walkable too.
