Good for short stay
We stayed at the hotel for few hours at night, just before our flight, so didn't have enough time to enjoy its full services. I did not like: 1) the fact that the hotel did not respond at all to my messages I sent it before my arrival (I sent a message and later a reminder via Hotels.com). 2) Although it is stated during booking, I still don't see why in such a non-busy area, they charge for parking. It doesn't make sense at all.

Nice hotel with clean and well appointed room. I had however no hot water to take a shower in the morning due to a maintenance issue. The restaurant service limited in the evening but good breakfast offering.

A part of ceiling fell off , male staff was unkind
Staff was ok except for 1 male staff who was completely rude, disrespectful, unkind. My 2nd day, a part of the ceiling fell off because there was a leak and when I informed the receptionist, the staff knew it right away & says “it is from the aircon”. Surprisingly, NO apologies from the staff BUT I was moved to another room and was given a complimentary drink

The room was fine but it was stuffy when we entered so we put the air conditioner on and even after 12 hrs it still hadn't changed. We opened the window but that wouldn't stay open without having to use a lamp to prop it open. The buffet breakfast was good.

Conveniently Located
A planned stay for one evening to be close to the Munich Airport. Huge plus the convenience of the hotel shuttle. The hotel is conveniently located, the room was clean and well equipped and there was a decent breakfast with a nice garden patio. The only disappointment was the Beer Garden offerings, which was only pizza. Not even basic German beer garden fare was offered at the Beer Garden.
